Our New Guide for Certification in NSW

The NSW Department of Planning has implemented a policy requiring all consents and certificates to be handled via the NSW Planning Portal. This means that CBS can only receive applications for CDC’s, CC’s, OC’s and Principal Certifier Appointments via the NSW Planning Portal.
An applicant must either have a pre-existing account with the NSW Planning Portal or create an account to lodge and application. To create an account please follow this link - https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/
*Ensure to register as an Applicant for Development Applications, Complying Development Certificates etc.
Once the account has been created the NSW Planning Portal will send an email to verify your account.
If you already have an account, refer to this link https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/opendata/user/login to log in.
